- Support the creation of a management system documentationDesign an online manual with process model, process charts, operating procedures and work instructions
- Display of the management system as an information tool for all employees (e.g. as intranet- based platform)
- Training of leadership team and staff

Preparing for certification - Plan and execute internal system, process and product audits
- Prepare and lead management reviews
- Select certification body and support the certification audit
Consulting with reference to the optimisation and expansion of the existing management system - Integrate new management systems into existing organizational structures
- Introduce a continuous improvement process and cost management
- Design and perform customer, employee or supplier surveys
